V-Call as an Investigative Tool
Who are your inmates speaking to?
V-Call can be used as an investigative tool to map a prisoner's connections and associates.
Undetected relayed calls that hide the identity of called parties, and a called number that goes to a location where several persons wait to speak to an inmate allow the identity of "called parties" to be hidden or obscured. Allowing a controlled 3-way call paints a clearer picture of who your inmates are speaking to. With clear connections between an inmate and an outside party, law enforcement can use this information to establish a case, or create a lead on a case.
