The V-Call Difference
V-Call is the only telecommunications technology provider that can
1. Control what party is added to an inmate's ongoing collect call; and
2. Earn new revenues for jails & prisons for doing so.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) recognizes that V-Call's controlled three way call is different than a conventional, relay type, "three way call", and has issued two patents for it.
Prisons are unnecessarily losing commissions by blocking a 3-way call when:
1.An inmate would be allowed to call a 3rd Party collect;
2.The 3rd Party would like to speak to the inmate, but his/her phone is "blocked" from accepting a collect call; and
3.Someone else is willing to pay for the inmate to speak to the 3rd Party.
These 3-way calls can now be commission generating "Controlled 3-way calls" - and there are MILLIONS OF THEM!
